Lewis Hamilton thinks Mercedes has finally found a solution to the problems and is optimistic about the second half of the season, which will be his last with the team…
Lewis Hamilton: “The last race was quite positive for us, although there is still a lot to be done. But I’m happy with how things are developing. In the final phase we have taken a step forward, we will do this this weekend and we have plans for more. There is a feeling that we have found the answer, now we just need time.
The team is incredibly motivated. We keep moving forward despite being knocked down multiple times. We stay focused and give everything every weekend.
My future switch to Ferrari will not change anything. I arrived at the track just like any other weekend and am looking forward to training and working with the team. As always there will be many fans in Imola, real tifosi, I am looking forward to meeting them.”
