French pilot Esteban Ocon going to leave “Alpine” at the end of the 2024 season, according to the Formula 1 team’s website.
After eight stages, Ocon, 27, occupies 16th place in the Formula 1 individual ranking with 1 point. The Frenchman competed for the Enstone team for five years, during which time he won the Hungarian Grand Prix in 2021 and also reached the podium twice.

We have experienced both wonderful times and difficult times. Of course, I thank all the members of the team for this unforgettable moment. “I will announce my plans very soon, but for now I am fully focused on having a successful remainder of the season,” Ocon said.
The Alpine team for 2025 will be announced later.
At the end of May, during the Monaco Grand Prix, Ocon collided with his teammate Pierre Gasly and abandoned the race.
