One of Getty Images’ most famous photographers has been attacked by track guards at the Hungarian Grand Prix on the outskirts of Budapest.
Mark Thompson published a post on social media in which he reports a clash with the security service, during which he received a blow in the face.
“The friendly face of the Hungarian security service on the track: a slap (note the cut on the lip), the photographer signed the post.
Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen has won the Hungarian Grand Prix. The race in Hungary was the last before the championship’s summer break.
