Carlos Sainz hoped to negotiate a new contract with Red Bull Racing or Mercedes, but the champion team extended the contract with Sergio Perez and Toto Wolff refused, making it clear that the priority was the contract with Kimi Antonelli.
However, Carlos is not discouraged and assures that he is considering all available options, each of which is attractive in its own way.
