The Australian driver has denied reports that he will play for Alpin in the new season.
“As far as I know, the Alpin team, without my consent, has announced that I will play in its composition in the new season. This message is not true. I have not signed a contract and I will not play for Alpin next season,” the runner wrote.
Previously, ‘Alpin’ issued an official press release claiming that Piastri will replace Fernando Alonso in the team.
