Frederic Vasseur: “The new products prepared for the Spanish Grand Prix worked as we expected, but the rivals are also doing their best and at the moment the four strongest teams are less than three tenths apart. Further afield is Austria, where it takes just over a minute to complete the route, making the intervals even shorter. We will focus completely on ourselves because every little thing can make a difference.

This weekend will be held in a sprint format on Saturday, so the work done in Maranello is even more important as there is only one hour of practice before qualifying. Everyone in the team, including the drivers, has to be at their best so that no opportunity is missed. This applies to qualifying, especially against such strong opponents, and to the race. I want us to take it to the next level in Austria.”
