Tsunoda: It’s always hard to find settings at Silverstone

In the last five of the six races, the RB team earned points – and expects to continue its successful streak at Silverstone…

Daniel Ricciardo: “It’s always interesting to do three races in three weeks, good or bad, but you get a new chance right away. It wasn’t easy in Austria, but we learned a lot and hope to build on that progress. We’re not going to let our heads down and are focused on fighting for the points on Sunday.

“There is always a great atmosphere at Silverstone, at the fast circuit you give everything – it’s a pleasure. I hope it’s summer at Silverstone this week and we can enjoy the sun!”

Yuki Tsunoda: “I love racing at Silverstone, although the drivers and engineers face some difficult challenges. Finding the optimum settings is very difficult here and the weather can complicate everything.

After Austria I feel more confident because we have made progress with the car. This weekend we have three hours of training, which will help us understand it even better.

Silverstone has an incredible crowd, the fans really love motorsport and don’t just support British drivers.

I am looking forward to driving the historic highway. While I personally wouldn’t call it home, we have our own facility nearby, which makes this race special in many ways.

The course has some great sections: Maggotts-Becketts and the long right-hander at Stowe.”
