Sergio Perez, Max Verstappen’s teammate at Red Bull Racing, commented on Max’s battle with Lando Norris during the last Austrian Grand Prix.
“Max always attacks on the limit, as many drivers know,” Sergio said at the FIA press conference. “But when you fight against him, you know it will be a tough but fair fight.
For me the weekend in Austria proved difficult, especially the race, the car got damaged on the first lap and I couldn’t do anything about it.
The Silverstone round should be strong for the team. We have been waiting for a circuit with fast corners for a long time, but the biggest problem at Silverstone could be the wind.
“I think the battle will be as fierce as the last few weekends. Those races were on different types of circuits and I don’t think anything will change this time. The differences are minimal now.”
