Lando Norris will start third at Silverstone and hopes to fight for victory…
Lando Norris: “I’m looking forward to the race because the British Grand Prix is one of my favourites and I can’t wait to be on the start line. Three Britons will start the race from the top three positions, but I want to be ahead of everyone – it will be very interesting to see what happens.
It seems that the weather has improved, the sun is shining, the track is dry, but the race will be difficult because my opponents will be George Russell and Lewis Hamilton, and they are very difficult opponents, so we have to use effective tactics and drive as well as we can. I hope we can put on a great show for everyone!
If we talk about the rivalry with Max Verstappen, let’s hope that everything will end better now than a week ago in Austria. But I will look beyond the rear-view mirrors: I will go to the front and fight against the Mercedes drivers. Although it will be difficult, I will try to win.
“The most important thing is that I enjoy the fight on the track, and I don’t even feel much pressure. I have a big smile on my face and I plan to please the fans with a good result and thank everyone for their enthusiastic support.”
