Lewis Hamilton: There is always light at the end of the tunnel

Lewis Hamilton has not been in a situation like the one Mercedes faced at the start of the season in a long time, and 14th starting position at the end of Saturday’s sprint at Imola eloquently confirms this.

Unsurprisingly, many fans of the seven-time world champion wonder how he continues to maintain a positive attitude in such cases.

“Like everyone else, it’s not easy to stay positive,” Hamilton acknowledged. – Everyone has difficult moments, but there are methods by which you can get out of this state.

For example, training is one of the methods I use. After a hard day I do a fairly long run, try to put a good load on the body and after that I feel much better.

Or you can go to the gym. A few days ago I had such a moment, and I dispelled a bad mood by working out at the gym. But you can also just spend time with your family.

Sometimes I act like this: I write down the reasons that caused the emotional decline, trying to understand what it’s all about. I also write down what makes me happy in life, and what can make it even better. Then I say to myself, “OK, here we go!”

I think it is very important to set some goals for yourself. Everyone should remember, no matter how hard it is for you, there is always light at the end of the tunnel and you will surely come out of it.
