Alex Albon qualified 11th at Spa, will start tenth in the race and hopes to earn points…
Alex Albon (11th): “It was fun to fly in difficult conditions. Trying to save the life of the rear tyres and pass Eau Rouge without taking your foot off the accelerator, I was worried every lap. And even though I was only three milliseconds short of the final qualifying, I am still happy with how the car behaved.
We made a lot of changes before qualifying, but because of the rain we are not 100% sure that these changes worked. In any case, we will try to fight for the points.”
Logan Sargent (19th): “It’s always difficult at Spa, especially with changeable weather. A lot was decided on the last lap, but I didn’t finish it because I couldn’t get into the right position. Nobody knows what could have happened, but I’m not sure we would have had enough speed today. Let’s see what happens tomorrow.”
