Another poor performance from Sergio Perez has revived rumours that he could be replaced during the season.
One of the candidates is considered to be Daniel Ricciardo, who is also not as smart as RB, but if we talk about replacing the ‘here and now’, then the Australian is suitable.
We wrote that Ricciardo will take part in the RB film day this Wednesday together with teammate Yuki Tsunoda, reserve driver Liam Lawson and Red Bull junior Ayumu Iwasa.
Based on the results of these tests, a decision can supposedly be made, but Ricciardo at Spa commented on the situation with a smile on his face.
Daniel Ricciardo: “Twenty-five again, another interview! We always planned to have a full filming day. I can do a few more laps. Whether that will have any weight, I don’t know. Let’s see.
My approach is that every time I put on my seat belt, I do my best. So I don’t have a vacation yet. And then we’ll see what happens.”
