Appeal from woman who previously accused Formula 1 team boss »Red Bull » Christian Horner indecent exposure, dismissed after internal investigation.
One of the team’s employees accused Horner of inappropriate behavior in February. According to media reports, the man sent sexually explicit messages to the woman and then offered her around £650,000 (€760,000) to keep her quiet. Red Bull launched an independent internal investigation into Horner and, as a result, the man was acquitted. The woman challenged the decision.
— The applicant has exercised his right of appeal and the matter has been reviewed by another independent lawyer. All stages of the appeal process have now been completed and the final outcome is that the complaint has not been upheld. The lawyer’s conclusions have been accepted and endorsed by Red Bull. The internal process is complete,” the team said, according to the Daily Mail.
Horner has been at the helm of the Red Bull team since 2005.
