The summer holidays are in full swing and what Oscar Piastri spends them on is unknown – the Australian McLaren driver has not reported it in any case. But today he spoke about another, no less interesting fact, of a completely different nature.
He shared on social networks an X-ray from early July, where even a first-year medical student can see a rib fracture. The photo was taken the day after the British Grand Prix, where Oscar took fourth place, although he could have reached the podium, but that’s another story and we talked about it.
Piastri included this photo in a whole selection of photos dedicated to the results of the first part of the season, and he accompanied it with the following comment: “The first part of the season is over. First victory in the Grand Prix. The first broken bone. Rebro is happy with the breakthrough in the championship.”
The selection starts, however, with a different photo: in it we see a happy Oscar after the Hungarian Grand Prix, and in his hands he holds the cup for his first victory in Formula 1. Of course, McLaren fans want more and more prizes to appear in his trophy collection, but here the collection of x-rays could be better limited to just this one…
