“In the future, Gasly could become one of the best drivers in Formula 1,” the Austrian said in the broadcast of the German TV channel Sport1. “If we give him a car with which he can fight for the win, he can win races. Unfortunately, our machine is not capable of this at the moment. The technicians of the team have to come up with a solution.”
Of the 16 points the team has earned since the start of the season, 10 are on account of Yuki Tsunoda.
