On Friday, before the start of training for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, journalists and fans noticed Christian Horner leaving the Williams team’s guest house. Many have speculated that Horner may have been in talks with James Vowles about Franco Colapinto’s prospects and the Argentinian driver’s possible move to RB in 2025.
When Vowles was asked about the purpose of Horner’s visit, James replied with a smile: “We recently signed a contract with a new coffee sponsor, Reviva, and Christian was really keen to try it.”
However, James Vowles confirmed that many teams are showing interest in Colapinto: “I can say that we are exploring possibilities with a number of teams that are interested. But it would be wrong to speculate on this matter as I have nothing more to say on the subject.
However, I am sure we will reach a decision in the last race of the season.”
