Norris qualified for Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix in rain, Verstappen failed to qualify for third segment

McLaren driver Lando Norris won qualifying for the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix, which took place in the rain at the Interlagos circuit.
