I am very proud to represent my country as the first Chinese Formula 1 driver. I hope my career in motorsport continues and inspires others to follow in my footsteps.
I am happy that despite all the difficulties of Formula 1, I achieved a lot, including earning points in my debut race, as well as setting the best lap, and I had many great duels with rivals that left vivid memories.
Unfortunately, the last two seasons have been difficult for all of us, but I want to look ahead. When we talk about my future, I have a positive attitude and I intend to show what I can do – this is my main goal now.
