Johan Kristoffersson, Swedish motorsport star and seven-time rallycross world champion, will participate in the Race of Champions in Sydney from March 7 to 8, 2025.
This is the first time in the more than quarter century history of the ROC that the competition is held in the southern hemisphere.
Kristoffersson won his seventh title just a week ago, but it’s also worth noting that Johan is a two-time winner of the Extreme E off-road electric series.
This will be his fifth Race of Champions, although he has never managed to win the ROC.
Johan Kristoffersson: “The best thing about winning my seventh World Rallycross title is that I was invited back to the Race of Champions!
Some time ago a journalist asked me what my main goal is after countless victories and titles, and I replied that I would really like to win the Race of Champions for the first time!
I know the competition will be very difficult again, but I hope I can finally win in Sydney.”
