Before the start of the weekend in Qatar, Max Verstappen was asked to return to the Las Vegas Grand Prix events, making him world champion for the fourth time in a row.
Max Verstappen: “I am very satisfied with how I spent the season and am of course happy with winning the title. The championship was very intense, so we celebrated a bit in Las Vegas, which was great.
Every championship is different, but in the end I was very happy to achieve success again, because our team had to overcome several difficulties during the season. So when I crossed the finish line in Las Vegas, I was relieved that it had finally happened! And I am very proud of how we tackled all the challenges.
And I’m not even thinking about what awaits us next year. My job now is to end this season as best as possible. As for 2025, we know that we need to make improvements in many areas, so we will try to work in all these areas, and then we will see how everything goes next year and what positions we will be in.”
