Verstappen wins second practice at Belgian Grand Prix

Pilot “Red Bull” reigning world champion and overall leader Max Verstappen became the winner of the second free practice session of the Belgian Grand Prix.

The Dutchman set his fastest lap in 1 minute 45.507 seconds, far ahead of Charles Leclerc in the Ferrari (+0.862) and Lando Norris in the McLaren (+1.082).

The winner of the first practice session, Carlos Sainz, this time showed the 5th result, losing 1.142 seconds to Verstappen. Lewis Hamilton- 6th.

Earlier it was reported that Verstappen and Leclerc will start from the back row of the Belgian Grand Prix due to engine replacement fines.

On Saturday, the Spa-Francorchamps circuit will host the third free practice and qualifying session.
