Verstappen and Leclerc start last at Belgian Grand Prix due to fines

Pilot “Red Bull” Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc of “Ferrari” from the last row at the Belgian Grand Prix due to fines for replacing engines, according to the Formula 1 press service.
