In the 9th season of Formula E, Andre Lotterer drives for the Andretti team and becomes the new teammate of Jake Dennis.
Lotterer is an accomplished professional, having spent five seasons alone in the electric series, three of which were part of the factory Porsche team, and while he can’t boast of wins, he has risen to the podium on more than one occasion. But once Andre won the 24 Hours of Le Mans three times with Audi.
Andre Lotterer: “I am very excited to join the Andretti team in the 9th season of Formula E, when the transition to the third generation of cars takes place. I will be working with Jake Dennis and together we will help the team rise to the top.”
Next year, the 40-year-old German will have to combine Formula E racing with Porsche’s new program for the LMDh World Endurance Championship.
