NHL: St. Louis in the second round of the playoffs and will face Colorado

The National Hockey League played four games in the Stanley Cup last night.

Consists of St. Louis and Colorado are the first pair of the second round of the Stanley Cup. The Blues beat Minnesota 5-1 at home last night to win the series 4-2.

Note that these are the only two teams that have already overcome the hurdle of the first round. In other confrontations there is intense struggle.

Boston, Tampa, and Edmonton were able to beat Carolina, Toronto, and Los Angeles, respectively, and tied the series at 3-3.
