Forward Georgiy Kicha and Yevgeny Timchenko joined the Kyiv team
HC Kyiv announced the signing of two experienced players – ex-strikers of the Ukrainian national team George Kichi and Evgenia Timchenko.
32-year-old Kicha is a pupil of the Falcon. Also in his career there are performances for Generals, ATEK, Kremenchuk, Ice Wolves, White Leopard and Kharkiv Berserkers. Abroad, Kicha played in the MHL, Romania and Slovakia.
Timchenko played in several clubs of the MHL, Donbass, Generals, Kryvbas and White Bars. The 26-year-old forward in the elite division of Ukraine has played more than 130 matches, scoring 55 goals.
Note that both players have experience playing for the youth and national teams of Ukraine. Kicha has been called up to the blue-yellow ranks since 2015 and played twice at the World Cup, Timchenko played for Ukraine in 2014 and 2016 at the World Championships in Division 1B.
After four matches in the 31st championship of Ukraine, HC Kyiv closes the league table with one point in the asset.
