The team of Konstantin Simchuk won the fifth match in the UHL
Falcon defeated for the second time in a row HC Kyiv in Ukrainian Ice Hockey Championship 2022/23 — 6:2.
Wards of Konstantin Simchuk scored two quick goals and confidently brought the match to victory. Only in the third period of HC Kyiv managed to print the Sokol gate, which was defended by 16-year-old Nazar Boyko.
Vladimir Cherdak scored twice for the second time. Sergei Babinets, having scored an assist, approached Nikita Butsenko in the historical register of scorers of the championships of Ukraine at a distance of five points.
Recall that on Sunday the teams have already played each other. Sokol did not allow himself to score a single puck (7:0).
Simchuk’s team won the fifth match in a row and equaled Kremenchuk and Dnipro with 15 points. HC Kyiv has one point left and the last place in the standings.
In the next match, Sokol will play with Kharkiv Berserkers on October 29th. HC Kyiv on the same day will confront Kremenchug.
