Athletistic/Hockey. Former Czech goaltender Dominik Hasek spoke about the NHL’s decision to allow Russian players to participate in the European Series, which took place in Prague on October 7-8.

At the same time, the Czech Republic planned not to let Russian players into the country, but clubs were ready to boycott matches if such a decision was made. The NHL supported the clubs.

“NHL commissioner Gerry Bettia and his deputy Bill Daley should resign. The way they behaved towards our country and did not respect the position of our ministry is unforgivable. If they continue to lead the NHL, then I would not want the league to continue our territory and I will act accordingly. If the new management apologizes, I will be happy to meet the NHL in the Czech Republic,” Hasek said.
