Togliatti “Lada” has filed an official application for inclusion in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), according to the club’s website.

The intentions announced by Governor Dmitry Azarov in the KHL on September 18 have begun to be implemented, Lada General Manager Alexander Chebotarev said.
