The 26-year-old forward scored his first NHL hat trick and assisted in an 8-5 win over the Anaheim Ducks. Kuzmenko played for SKA last season. As a member of the St. Petersburg team, he scored 67 (27+40) points, becoming the KHL’s second regular season scorer.
