The Euro Hockey Tour game Czech Republic – Sweden was interrupted for 40 minutes due to ice problems

The match of the Finnish leg of the Euro Hockey Tour between the national teams of the Czech Republic and Sweden in the town of Ceske Budějovice was interrupted due to ice problems, reports iSport.cz.

In the second period, the stadium announcer announced that the ice did not meet International Ice Hockey Federation requirements, the game would be suspended. Firefighters also participated in the liquidation of the problem. After about 40 minutes, play resumed.

The match is in the third period, Sweden leads – 3:1.

The Russian national team was suspended from participating in the Eurotour due to the situation in Ukraine, it was replaced by the Swiss team.
