“Matvey Michkov fell ill, he has a temperature of 40 degrees. It’s hard to say what it’s related to. The doctor reported it this morning,” Filatov said, as quoted by RIA Novosti.
In the last match of the tournament, the Russian youth team beat their peers from Belarus (3:0) and became the winner of the competition.
