Forward “St. Louis” Buchnevich Named First NHL Star of the Game of the Day

Russian striker “St. Louis Blues” Pavel Buchnevich named the first star of the day in the National Hockey League (NHL), according to the NHL website.

Buchnevich scored two goals and provided two assists in a 6-2 win over the Anaheim Ducks on Saturday.

The second star of the day was Boston Bruins guard Charlie McAvoy, who played as a poker assistant in the game with the Chicago Blackhawks (6:1).

The third star was Pittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jerry, who stopped 32 shots in a 3-0 loss to the Winnipeg Jets.
