Seattle scored 25 points and climbed to 3rd place in the Western Conference standings, the Sharks (17) are in 12th place.
Seattle will next face the Vegas Golden Knights away, while San Jose will face the Los Angeles Kings at home. Both meetings will take place on 26 November.
