Ice Hockey Championship of Ukraine. Kremenchuk defeated Sokol, HC Kyiv beat Kharkiv Berserkers in overtime

The team of Alexander Savitsky topped the standings

On December 3, two matches were held in the capital’s Sports Palace Ukrainian ice hockey championship.

In the first game of the day HC Kyiv met with Kharkiv Berserkers. The capital’s team got away from defeat 50 seconds before the end of normal time, and in overtime they won the victory thanks to Pavel Dvoretsky’s puck — 5:4.

In the central match on Saturday Kremenchug beat Falcon – 3:1. The victory for the team of Alexander Savitsky was brought by goals from Denis Matusevich and Vitaliy Lyalka in the third period.

Kremenchuk leads the Ukrainian championship, ahead of Kherson Dnipro and Sokol by one point. Kharkiv Berserki and HC Kyiv close the standings.
