– The decision on the limit of foreign players has not been taken yet. We are expecting a full-scale week in Chelyabinsk. On December 9, a council of club leaders will be held. We’re all going to get together and talk.

The Russian Hockey Federation (FHR) supports reducing the foreign player limit from five to three for each KHL club. The position of the FHR is supported by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation.
