Kaprizov repeated Minnesota’s record for longest NHL scoring streak

Offensive Kirill Kaprizov broke NHL team recordMinnesota Wild by the duration of the series of matches in which he managed to score points.

Kaprizov scored a goal in the 16th minute of a regular season away game against the Dallas Stars. The 25-year-old striker picked up a performance point for the 12th game in a row, having previously done so with Mikael Granlund (in the 2016/17 season) and Kevin Fiala (in the 2021/22 season).

Moreover, he repeated the club’s best record in terms of duration of the streak with goals scored (6 games).

In total this season, Kaprizov has scored 32 points (16 goals and 16 assists) in 24 games.
