New York Rangers top Forbes list of NHL’s Most Valuable Clubs for eighth straight year

New York Rangers again recognized as the most expensive club in the National Hockey League (NHL) according to Forbes magazine, according to the publication’s website.

The club is valued at $2.2 billion. The New York team topped the standings for the eighth straight time. In second place “Toronto Maple Leafs” (2 billion), completes the top 3 “Montreal Canadiens” (1.85 billion).

Rangers colors are defended by Russian hockey players Artemi Panarin , Vitaly Kravtsov and Igor Shesterkin . The club has won the Stanley Cup four times, the last time in 1994.

5. Boston Bruins (1.4 billion)

6. Los Angeles Kings (1.3 billion)
