The hockey player signed a contract with the club in September.
“Within 48 hours, KHL clubs can bring defender Traktor into their structure,” the statement read.
In total, 31-year-old Almqvist has 25 games for the Chelyabinsk team in the Fonbet KHL championship, during which he scored 2 (1 + 1) points.
