Swedish defender Adam Almquist will continue his career in the Swiss championship in one of the local clubs, according to “Championship”.
Earlier, interest in the Dynamo Minsk player was reported.
Recently, the defender terminated the contract with the Chelyabinsk “tractor” at the initiative of the club. The Swedish defender has appeared in 25 matches for the Chelyabinsk club this season and scored two points – scored one goal and provided one assist. The 31-year-old defensive player’s utility score was -2.
At the beginning of September, the Chelyabinsk club announced the signing of a contract with Almqvist. In total, Almqvist scored 182 games and 64 points in the KHL – he scored 13 goals and provided 51 assists. Apart from “Tractor” the Swedish defender played for Dynamo Minsk, Admiral Vladivostok and Severstal Cherepovets.
