Sokol defeated HC Kyiv and went on a break as the leader of the Ukrainian hockey championship

Falcon crushed HC Kyiv and ended 2022 on the first line of the table Ukrainian ice hockey championship — 6:0.

The first period, Sergei Nuzhin’s wards successfully held back the opponent. In many ways, the fate of the match was predetermined by the removal of Kyiv goalkeeper Andrei Beskhlebny in the second 20-minute period. The goalkeeper hit Vasily-Yuriy Kachan, received a disqualification until the end of the match and a five-minute penalty for the team. Sokol scored twice during the penalty and then confidently brought the match to victory.

In another duel of the day Legion crushed Kharkiv Berserkers. The Kalush team missed twice at the start of the match, but turned the tide and eventually scored eight goals for the opponent.
