CSKA lost against Moscow “Dynamo” in his 1000th game in the Kontinental Hockey League.
The Fonbet KHL Championship match at CSKA Arena ended with the score 2:1 in favor of the guests. Dynamo’s pucks were scored by Alexander Skorenov (3rd minute) and Jacob Lilja (23). Sergei Plotnikov (24) scored the puck for CSKA.
CSKA played their 1000th game in the KHL and are the first team to reach this milestone. The capital derby was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Soviet army hockey player Vsevolod Bobrov.
Dynamo won the fifth consecutive victory. In the next match, the Blues and Whites will play away against Sochi on December 30. On December 28, CSKA will host SKA Saint Petersburg.
At a side meeting, Yaroslavsky “Locomotive” won at home against Moscow “Spartacus” – 2:1. Stepan Nikulin (5, 46) scored twice for Lokomotiv, German Rubtsov (30) scored for Spartak.
Yaroslavl won in the fourth consecutive meeting, Spartak extended the losing streak to five games.
Lokomotiv will play the next away match on December 28 against China’s Kunlun. “Spartak” will play the same day in Cherepovets with the local “Severstal”.
