On Friday night, Kuzmenko helped the Canucks to a 4-2 home win over the Colorado Avalanche in a regular season game. In the second half, the Russian scored twice in two minutes.
The first star of the day was Finnish Nashville Predators goaltender Juuse Saros, who made 64 saves in a 5-3 game against the Carolina Hurricanes.
The second star was Boston Bruins forward Trent Frederick, who scored twice in a 5-2 win over the Los Angeles Kings.
