Athletistic/Hockey. USA team head coach David Quinn reacted to the loss to Finland in the semi-finals of the 2022 Ice Hockey World Cup (3:4).

“Four defenders is no excuse. Sometimes the guys got tired and the teams stretched out. It happens sometimes and we did it. Finland didn’t score many goals.

The shifts stretched out several times, we were tired and couldn’t block the center. It’s unfortunate, but we did a lot of good,” Quinn said as quoted by Iltalehti.

The United States will face the Czech Republic in the bronze medal game. Canada and Finland will meet in the final.
