Athletistic/Hockey. Vancouver Canucks forward Ilya Mikheev is out for the remainder of the season and will undergo knee surgery.

Canucks general manager Patrick Alwyn reports that the 28-year-old forward suffered a torn ACL in his left knee during the team’s first preseason game on Sept. 25, 2022. Mikheev will undergo surgery next week and is expected to be ready for training camp this fall.

This season in the NHL, Mikheev has 28 (13+15) points in 46 games with a utility index of +3. Mikheev currently has 100 (49+51) points in 192 NHL games.
