Ufa “Salavat Yulaev” picked up a home win “Neftekhimik” (3:2 OT) in the Fonbet Championship match KHL .
Salavat took the lead after Ryan Murphy’s goal, but Neftekhimik then took the lead thanks to goals from Vyacheslav Leshchenko and Pavel Poryadin.
The guests failed to keep the winning score – in the 55th minute Danil Alalykin equalized the result, then in the first minute of extra time Alexander Khmelevsky won the victory for the Ufa team.
Salavat Yulaev won the third consecutive victory and with 69 points is in 5th place in the Eastern Conference, Neftekhimik is 8th (57 points).
