Ovechkin is the second-leading scorer in NHL history with 812 goals. Gretzky has 894 goals.

The GR8TNESS documentary focuses on Ovechkin and his pursuit of Gretzky’s record. The first took place on February 4, the first day of the NHL All-Star Game, in which Ovechkin participated.
