Defender Gleb Semenov and forward Boulat Shafigullin extended contracts with “Neftekhimik” according to the press service of the Nizhnekamsk team.
Semenov’s deal is calculated until the end of the 2024/25 season. Details of Shafigullin’s new contract were not disclosed.
Semenov played 28 games in the Fonbet KHL Championship this season, in which he scored one goal, Shafigullin scored 30 games and 13 points (4 + 9).
Neftekhimik is ninth in the Eastern Conference standings with 61 points. The club continues to fight for the playoffs.
