Zinetula Bilyaletdinov leader of Kazan “AK Bars” became the first coach in KHL history to play 600 games with one team.
On Friday, Ak Bars plays at home with Amur Khabarovsk in the KHL’s Fonbet Championship regular season.
Bilyaletdinov led Kazan from 2004 to 2011 and from 2014 to 2019 he led the team to three Gagarin Cup victories (2009, 2010, 2018). In December, the 67-year-old specialist once again took over as head coach of Ak Bars.
