general director Rangers Chris Drury announced that the newcomer to the team Vladimir Tarasenko will make his debut for the team in the next game.
The 31-year-old hockey player left St. Louis for the Rangers on a trade.
— We will include newcomers in the team tomorrow. I had a quick chat with Artemy Panarin during Tarasenko’s transition. We are happy to have him on the team. I think he will fit in perfectly,” the club’s press service quoted Drury as saying.
The Rangers will play their next game Saturday night against Seattle.
Tarasenko has been playing for St. Louis since 2013, in the 2018/19 season he won the Stanley Cup. In total, Tarasenko played 644 matches for the Blues, scored 553 points (262 goals + 291 assists). In the playoffs, the Russian has scored 41 goals and provided 19 assists in 90 playoff appearances.
