Offensive “Admiral” Alexander Gorshkov spoke about the imperfection of the calendar, in which the team is obliged to play ten matches with “Cupid” in the current season.
– Really tired. We still have ten games to play. They started in December, that is, we have already passed a quarter of the championship, and only the matches with Khabarovsk have started. We had to distribute the calendar: matches in September, November, December… So stretch it. But it turned out that we had ten games at the end of the season. Figuratively, we have 25 games, almost half of them against Amur. It could have been done differently,” Gorshkov told The Championship.
Admiral and Amur sit 7th and 8th respectively in the Fonbet standings of the Eastern Conference KHL Championship.
